A comprehensive breakdown of the Alive Center's previous user experience & visual identity as compared to that of their competitors & current UX trends
2. User Card Sorting Activity
3 participants were asked to arrange site elements in the hierarchy they would find most helpful. I translated these findings onto the experience.
